ABBASMA Store – Shipping Policy

At ABBASMA Store, we aim to provide fast, secure, and reliable delivery across Qatar. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver across Qatar, including:

  • Doha

  • Al Rayyan

  • Al Wakrah

  • Lusail

  • Umm Salal

  • Al Khor

  • Dukhan & surrounding areas
    (Delivery availability may vary based on product type.)


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.

  • Standard processing time: 24–48 hours, depending on product availability.

  • Custom-built PCs require 2–5 working days for assembly and testing.

  • If an item is out of stock or requires additional time, our team will notify you.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery time begins once the order is dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier capacity, weather, or unexpected delays.


4. Delivery Fees

  • Standard Delivery: QAR 10 (depending on location)

  • Free Delivery on selected promotions or minimum order values (if applicable)

5. Click & Collect / Store Pickup

You may pick up your order from ABBASMA Store.

  • Ready-for-pickup notification will be sent via WhatsApp/SMS/email.

  • Bring your order confirmation and QID for verification.


6. Shipping for PCs, Laptops & Electronics

All electronics are packed securely with:

  • Shock-resistant packaging

  • Factory-sealed boxes (if applicable)

  • Tamper-proof dispatch labels

Custom PCs undergo:

  • Full assembly

  • Cable management

  • Benchmark & stress testing

  • Packaging with internal safety padding


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the customer is unavailable:

  • The courier will attempt delivery twice.

  • After repeated failure, the order may be returned to our store.

  • Redelivery charges may apply.


8. Wrong Address / Incomplete Address

ABBASMA is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete address

  • Lost packages caused by inaccurate customer information

Customers must ensure accurate address details at checkout.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incomplete shipment:

  • Report it to us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos/videos of the issue + packaging

We will investigate and arrange:

  • Replacement

  • Repair

  • Or claim processing (depending on product)


10. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We only ship within the State of Qatar.


11. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number (if applicable)

  • Or receive regular updates via WhatsApp/email


12. Pre-Orders & Special Orders

Products that are on pre-order or special order:

  • Will include estimated delivery dates on the product page

  • May experience delays due to supplier shipments

  • Are subject to availability from manufacturers

We will notify you immediately of any changes.


13. Delivery for Repair & Maintenance Services

For repair or maintenance orders:

  • Pickup and delivery may be arranged for an additional charge

  • Turnaround depends on diagnostic results and parts availability

  • Customers must back up data before sending devices for service
